The adsense mobile app which allows users to quickly check their adsense stats and earnings will be discontinued soon as per an email from Google.

“To deliver a richer experience on mobile, we’re investing heavily in creating a responsive web interface.
Our goal is to improve the AdSense mobile experience by giving you more features and functionality much faster than we can today.
As we move towards this goal, we’ll stop supporting the AdSense mobile application over the next few months.
In the meantime, stay tuned for updates on the AdSense mobile web experience!”

Will you miss the app? I will probably miss it as it is a quick way to check stats. Functionally it is otherwise a useless app as you cannot do anything else. The mobile web user interface is also very primitive and you have to rely on a laptop or computer with a full browser to actually work with an adsense account.

Let’s hope these changes result in a better web mobile experience.
