Police in Molina de Segura in Spain received several calls regarding a lion spotted in a public garden. As they prepared to embark on the task of capturing a big cat, they were suprised as they ended up catching a huge dog with an elaborate hairdo to resemble a mane. The tail of the dog was also made tufted.
The animal had a microchip and the police were able to identify the owner and later reunite the dog with the owner. It is not clear why the owner changed the appearance of the dog to resemble a lion.
