Tears, Fears and Cheers

Regrets from the past (Tears) and apprehension about the future (Fears) are often the reason you miss out on the joys of the present (Cheers).

This is pretty true. Never miss out on the joys of today by brooding over fears and tears. Learn lessons from the past and move on with life. Use the joy of today and the strength from the lessons learnt to bravely face tomorrow.
